Rosemary Spiced Nuts

  • Servings: 2 cups

A nut mix typically consists of a combination of various types of nuts. The specific nuts used in a nut mix can vary based on personal preference and availability. Some nut mixes may also include less common nuts like pine nuts, chestnuts, or other specialty nuts, depending on the intended flavor profile and regional preferences.


  • 2 1/4 lb assorted unsalted nuts (the fancy raw nut mix from tj’s which worked well and just added more pecans)
  • 2 tblsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tblsp unsalted butter


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Toast nuts until light golden brown (about 10 min).
  • Melt butter.
  • Combine in a bowl with other ingredients, add nuts, toss to coat, serve warm.
