Cherry Crush

Ingredients
- 8 frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vodka
- 1 tbsp kirsch
- 3 dashes Peychaud bitters
- Splash sparking water
Directions
- Muddle the frozen cherries and sugar together in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the lemon juice, vodka, kirsch, and Peychaud bitters.
- Shake well and strain the mixture into two cocktail glasses.
- Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water and serve.
