Ingredients

  • 8 frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vodka
  • 1 tbsp kirsch
  • 3 dashes Peychaud bitters
  • Splash sparking water

Directions

  • Muddle the frozen cherries and sugar together in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the lemon juice, vodka, kirsch, and Peychaud bitters.
  • Shake well and strain the mixture into two cocktail glasses.
  • Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water and serve.
