A favorite nut recipe of Ilona
- 2 1/4 lb. assorted unsalted nuts (the fancy raw nut mix from tj’s which worked well and just added more pecans)
- 2 tblsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 2 tsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tblsp. unsalted butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Toast nuts until light golden brown (about 10 min). Melt butter. Combine in a bowl with other ingredients, add nuts, toss to coat, serve warm.
