A wonderful easy pear sorbet.
- 5 ripe pears, cored and coarsely chopped
- ½ cup to ¾ cup superfine sugar (depending on pears)
- 3 tablespoons pear brandy
- 3-5 cardamom pods, ground
- pinch salt
- Blend all together until mixture is smooth. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze until firm.
