An unusual, creamy sauce for tacos or other Mexican food. It goes especially well with carnitas or fish tacos.
- 1 ¾ cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 rinsed and stemmed jalapeño chili (remove seeds for less heat)
- 1 peeled garlic clove
- ½ cup lightly packed fresh cilantro
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Whirl until smooth, add salt to taste.
