I will be speaking at Code Camp #3 in Waltham, MA on March 12-13th. Developers are excited about Avalon and XAML, but right now it seems like an all or nothing proposition of re-engineering your application from scratch. This doesn't have to be the case and there are easy ways to begin using XAML now. From the description:
